CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT FOR MINISTRY OF PEACEMAKING CONSULTATION

The Southeast Unity Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit association, provides limited funds, when available, on a loan basis for those ministries in its region which cannot otherwise immediately pay for Peacemaking Consultation. These funds shall be limited to the cost of expenses for the visiting consultation team (including travel, lodging, food, and supplies); plus consultation fees of $150.00/per day for a maximum of two consultants. The total amount of the Regional Loan to the church shall not exceed $3,000.00. These funds are to be paid back to the Southeast Region's Treasury in regular monthly installments, at a minimum of $200 per month beginning the first of the month following the date of agreement.

The above named church applies for a loan of up to $3,000.00 to cover expense reimbursement and consultation fees.

The church agrees to make monthly installment payments of not less than $200.00 per month, and to repay the entire loan within fifteen months of the date of this contract.

Submit copies of this signed contract to BOTH the regional consultant with whom you make the consultation agreement and the regional representative.
